CONTRACT OF SALE
To the best of my knowledge the puppy being sold is in good health and free from any contagious disease. The BUYER agrees to have the puppy examined by his veterinarian within two business days from the date of purchase. THIS CONTRACT IS NULL AND VOID IF THIS CONDITION IS NOT MET. The EXAM AND ANY TREATMENT WILL BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER. The SELLER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARIAN BILLS OR TRANSPORTATION COSTS. If the puppy is found to be unsatisfactory by the examining vet, the BUYER agrees to return the puppy to the SELLER as soon as possible, or before one week has passed, depending on the situation. A letter from the examining vet documenting why the puppy is not acceptable must accompany the puppy. The SELLER reserves the right to have the puppy examined by her vet, and agrees to replace the puppy with a new puppy of equal value as soon as one becomes available. NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. Umbilical hernias are easily repaired when the puppy is spayed or neutered and are not a reason for returning a puppy. Coat color, predicted size, and breed ability are not guaranteed with full or limited AKC registration. If this puppy is PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE, the HEALTH GUARANTEE is VOID.
If at any time during the first year of his life the puppy displays an inherited defect that prevents it from living the life of a beloved pet, the SELLER will replace the dog with one of equal value if the dog is returned to the SELLER with full documentation from the examining vet. The SELLER reserves the right to have the puppy examined by her vet.
The SELLER will take the dog back if the BUYER is unable to care for it. NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. AKC papers must be returned with the dog.
The BUYER agrees to treat the puppy with respect, patience, and understanding. Top quality food, shelter, and companionship will be provided by the BUYER at all times.
Registration fees are the sole responsibility of the BUYER. A deposit of $250.00 will hold a puppy and is non-refundable.
Payment must be made in the form of CASH, POSTAL MONEY ORDER, or we can accept your credit card payment through paypal. If using paypal, please add an additional 3%. No charge backs will be honored through paypal for any reason. We are sorry; No personal checks can be accepted. Final payment must be received one week prior to shipment unless other arrangements have been made or if you are picking up your puppy. If you are picking up your puppy, final payment must be made in cash.
We guarantee the puppy will be healthy at the time of purchase, and will come to you with all age appropriate vaccinations.

SHIPPING
We do offer shipping through the major airlines and will make all arrangements from our end based upon what is best for your puppy. Shipping is $300.00 and includes a crate, health certificate, and a puppy starter kit. We can hand deliver within 250 miles for a nominal fee. You can also come to our house and pick your puppy up and meet the parents and see how the puppies are raised.
Puppy Pick Up
Puppies are to be picked up when they are 8 weeks of age unless they are deemed not ready yet. If you are unable to accept your puppy by the time he/she is 8 weeks of age there will be a $15.00 a day boarding fee for every day the puppy is in our care.
